This is our Rotator Flogger with cowhide, thudstinger, rubber, elk, deer, bullhide or buffalo tails.
    It has our unique 2 part swivel ProGrip rubber wrapped handle which is hinged in the middle with a quality ball-bearing swivel.  It can be used with standard flogging technique such as over the shoulder swings, or used with just a rotating wrist action.  It is great for those with physical limitations, and also works great if the subject is lying down.
