Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders over $85.00, and only $14.00 for orders less then $85.00

The only exception to this is the shipping of large items, the spreader bars or bondage bars which have a extra $5.00 shipping charge.

We ship USPS Priority Mail unless you tell us to ship by other means.  Delivery is generally in 2-3 days after the shipment date, and you will get a shipping confirmation and tracking info directly from the USPS.

For international orders, please email us for a shipping quote.

We are happy to ship discretely, just let us know.


Returns Policy

Our Pledge: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of our products. If you are not, please let us know and we will take what ever action we can to make you satisfied.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Guarantee
If you ever have a problem with any of our products we want to hear about it. Our products are fully guaranteed, both materials and workmanship, and we will repair or replace them as necessary.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
