Our HandySlapper is 10 inches long and made with 2 layers of stiff latigo leather which are riveted together on the handle. It’s noisy, stingy, and a fun little toy to keep handy. The handle strap(18" long black latigo) also doubles as a nasty little leather quirt. Available in black or in various colors.
