Our Ankle Cuffs fit most ankles. They are made with heavy latigo leather 2 inches wide with a locking plate(accepts small and midsize padlocks, quick clips are included) and 2 "D" rings. Sized to fit most ankles w/o boots. Works great with our spreader bars to control your sub. Available in all black or with color accents. (Sold by the pair, one for each ankle)
