This is our Rotator flogger with Bullhide tails. The handle is hinged with quality ball bearing at the swivel. It is a heavy flogger with thick bullhide tails which give a strong thuddy sensation. It has 25 heavy bullhide tails, 1/2 inches wide and 14 inches long. The ProGrip™ handle is rubber wrapped and weighed and balanced. Black only.
