This is our standard Rotator Flogger with cowhide or suede tails. It has our unique 2 part swivel ProGrip handle which is hinged in the middle with a quality ball-bearing swivel. It can be used with standard flogging technique such as over the shoulder swings, or used with just a rotating wrist action. It is great for those with physical limitations, and also works great if the subject is lying down. It has 30 tails which are 14 inches long, 1/2 inches wide. The handle is our rubber wrapped ProGrip™ which is weighed and balanced for ease of use. It comes in all black or with colored suede combinations.
