This is our 30 inch Spreader Bar with a firmly attached cuff on each end. (Fits either wrists or ankles). The bar is a solid wood rod (1 1/2" dia) tightly spirally wrapped with industrial rubber. The locking cuffs are make with strong latigo leather and have many adjustment slots which can be used on wrists or ankles with or without boots. Two keyed alike small brass padlocks are included. It has a center rope ’groove’ to attach a rope so it won’t slide around on the bar. (Heavy Duty, but not designed for suspension play.)
