These are locking latigo leather ankle cuffs with a 12 inch chain permantly connecting then. Our standard size cuffs fit most ankles. They are latigo leather 2 inches wide with locking plate and clip, it has 7 adjustment slots. Standard color is all black. Colors are available including red, green, tan, pink, or purple.
